Pranab, the PM?

TSI has correctly focused on the hardworking Minister For External Affairs Pranab Mukerjee. If anyone deserves to be the next PM of India, it is Mukherjee. He is talented, loyal, hardworking, multifaceted, firm, great communicator, and also very popular. He does not have a lobby of his own inside the Congress party. He is in the good books of the Gandhi clan. Mukherjee himself said that he is not in the race for the so-called second spot after Dr Singh. Frankly, I see no obstacle in the way of his becoming the next PM, if Dr Singh is no longer fit and if the UPA comes back to power. It has been seen that sometimes quiet hard work is rewarded, even in the murky world of Indian politics where Chamchagiri rules! Santosh Mohan Joshi
